- One free alteration on purchases of 200.00 and up on regularly priced items only. We do offer alterations for a small fee if under.
- We will call you upon request for your favorite things
- If you are on our email list you will receive first choice on new arrivals and sale notifications
- Loyalty program
Our Loyalty program is our way of saying thank you for your support. In order to sustain our program we have had to make some recent changes.
You still collect a point with each dollar spent and once you reach 1000 points you will be rewarded with a $25 reward or wait until you reach 1500 points and receive $50 - you get to choose! This change is effective as of Dec 21st 2017 so don’t worry if you have points before that they will be the same as always.

- Our stylists have the ability to pull full wardrobes as well as, being able to assist friends and family with gift selections
- We have the ability to pull up client history re favourite brands and sizes… and create a personalised wish list
- We can pull favourite brands in the right sizes
- We offer complimentary gift wrapping with purchase thru the holidays, however we require 48 hours turn around
- Gift certificates are also available
Our return policy…
- We offer an exchange or “in store”credit note only within 7 days of purchase. There is no expiry date
- We don’t offer refunds but we get new stuff in all the time so we can always help you find something you will love
- We do not do refunds or credit back to visa m/c debit

OUR POLICY ON ITEMS THAT GO ON “SALE"
- As we value our client relationships we will create an in store credit for 15% of the regular price of the item. If purchased at full price within 10 days of it going on sale and loyalty points were not used or free alterations received..
- This will NOT apply to any boxing day related sales or summer clearance sales.
- If you have purchased an item using any discount, used loyalty points or received free alterations we will not be able to offer any difference in pricing. As a small business who strives to keep our clients happy we hope you can understand. *Also please be aware that we charge for alterations on sale items.
